Context

Why companies need to act now

Legal duty, documentation, and implementation belong together. Delaying necessary measures risks barriers for users as well as legal and financial consequences.

Legal requirement

Since 28 June 2025, many providers face digital accessibility obligations – including technical requirements and documented measures.

Violations can be costly

Depending on the violation, authorities may intervene, competitors may send cease-and-desist letters, and fines of up to €100,000 are possible. Early implementation is usually simpler and more predictable than fixing issues under time pressure.

Accessibility is an ongoing task

New content, images, and pages can create new barriers at any time. Technical settings, content, and documentation should therefore be reviewed and maintained regularly.

Platform

Your accessibility command center

Visitors adjust the site themselves — you manage the statement, checks, and settings in WordPress.

For WordPress & your team

What you install, document, and maintain — no third-party script and no developer required.

Automatic improvements

Skip links, clearer focus indicators, and safe external links — in the background, with no effort for visitors.

BFSG statement

Generator for your BFSG §14 accessibility statement — directly in WordPress.

Accessibility scanner

Finds missing alt text, headings, and contrast issues in admin.

The old way

Embed a third-party widget (UserWay & Co.). Maintain legal copy elsewhere. Hope it still works after every relaunch.

With Inclusio

Install the plugin. Generate the statement. Go live with the widget — all in WordPress, under your control.

Privacy

Privacy and peace of mind

Inclusio stays on your WordPress site — without a third-party overlay pipeline for your visitors.

  • No third-party frontend script — it runs as a WordPress plugin on your site.
  • No tracking or ad profiles — settings stay only in the visitor's browser.
  • Privacy-friendly — no external US services forwarding visitor data.
  • Supports accessibility and your accessibility statement — but does not replace a full audit of your site.

03

How do I stay accessible long-term?

Keep content and your statement maintained. Multiple licenses and the customer area help you track domains, subscriptions, and keys — instead of one-off fixes.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I cover multiple websites?

Yes. Add one license per site in checkout — each with its own key and Stripe subscription.

Can I use a key on a different domain?

Yes. Deactivate the license in WordPress on the old site, then activate the same key on the new site. Only one site is active per key at a time.

Do you support subdomains?

No. Please enter the main domain (www is normalized).

How do I install the plugin?

After purchase, download the ZIP from the success page and install it under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.

Does Inclusio satisfy BFSG on its own?

Inclusio supports accessibility with widget, fixes, and statement — but does not guarantee full WCAG conformance for your entire website.
